EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION FOR SECRETARY

LATAR BELAKANG

Komunikasi yang efektif bukan hanya tentang kosakata yang Anda gunakan, melainkan bagaimana kemampuan ANDA untuk “membaca” orang lain dan tahu cara yang tepat untuk menyampaikan pitch Anda. Seorang komunikator yang efektif mampu menghubungkan bahasa tubuh dengan pesan yang akan disampaikan. Seorang sekretaris harus menguasai komunikasi yang efektif terutama dengan boss ANDA.

Workshop ini akan mengajarkan bagaimana menggunakan komunikasi nonverbal untuk memperkuat pesan, membuat “si Boss” nyaman berkomunikasi dengan ANDA, teknik memberi dan menerima feedback, dan trik berkomunikasi dengan boss ANDA.

3. Easy-to-use reminders that fix your attention on the speaker
4. How and when to use open-ended, closed-ended, curiosity and clarifying questions
5. How to stop them from dominating conversations

USING NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION

1. How to complement your message with nonverbal communication
2. Ways to interpret nonverbal behaviors for a deeper understanding of what’s being said
3. How to make sure your verbal message is consistent with your nonverbal message
